Dr. Scott G. Fleming

Scott G. Fleming, DDS is a Chicago native and third generation dentist. Dr. Fleming graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors in biomedical science from Marquette University in 2009 and completed his dental degree with high honors at The University of Illinois at Chicago-College of Dentistry in 2013. He furthered his education with a one year general practice residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in 2014.
Dr Fleming had the good fortune to work as a general dentist alongside his father, Dr. Patrick Fleming (UIC ‘79) as well as his mother and aunt as hygienists in their family practice. After careful consideration, Dr. Fleming decided to pursue specialty training in anesthesiology in 2022 and served as chief resident of the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center- Dental Anesthesiology program from June 2024 until his graduation in June of 2025 with a focus on the safe treatment of patients with special needs and pediatric anesthesia.
Having settled in Chicago with his wife, the couple now enjoy the rigors of parenthood with their two young children and their four legged furry firstborn, Walter. Aside from the pursuit of excellence in the field of Dental Anesthesiology, Dr. Fleming enjoys what all four seasons have to offer from ice hockey and skiing in the winter to fly fishing, cycling, and boating in the summer.
